About the Job
This Autism Therapist role is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team in Lone Tree, Colorado. As an Autism Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting. You will also collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, oversee a team of about 7-8 clients, conduct standardized assessments, and refine treatment plans based on progress.
As part of our team, you will work closely with families to guide them through the therapy process and support their engagement. Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field, current BCBA certification, and experience in ABA early intervention. Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field, clear professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Salary and Benefits
This Autism Therapist role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including quality medical, dental, and vision plans, a company 401K with company contribution after 1 year, 11 company holidays plus 15 additional days off, up to 1 telehealth/remote working day each week, and short-term disability for all staff covered by Soar.
