Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Content Acquisition: Research and obtain various photo and graphic elements for guest and comedy segments, utilizing internet and other research techniques.
  • Copyright and Licensing: Identify and clear any clearance, copyright, and standards restrictions for acquired elements, and properly license all photos and graphic elements.
  • Database Management: Maintain an extensive photo and clip database, ensuring easy access and organization of visual content.
  • Cost Tracking: Monitor and track costs associated with visual content acquisition and licensing.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager, ensuring seamless support to the team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of photo research work experience required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as experience with graphics coordination and licensing still images.
  • Additional Requirements: Must be willing to work in New York, NY, and have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High-Pressure Situations: Ability to work in high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
  • Multi-Tasking: Capacity to multi-task and prioritize simultaneous research assignments.
  • Self-Starter: Strong self-starter with good people skills and ability to work independently.
  • Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with experience in photo licensing.
