Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach Instrumentation Technology courses at Lone Star College. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lessons, evaluating student progress, and maintaining professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.

This is a part-time, adjunct faculty position, contingent upon student demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Instrumentation Technology courses at a variety of times and locations
  • Create engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material
  • Evaluate student progress and inform students of their progress in a timely manner
  • Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher in engineering technology or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years non-teaching work experience in the subject matter to be taught
