Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a magnetic resonance scanner to obtain diagnostic images
  • Select and implement optimal imaging protocols
  • Enter and monitor patient data, transfer images, and develop film in an automatic processor
  • Work under general supervision, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Perform a variety of tasks, requiring a certain degree of creativity and latitude
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1 year of experience in the field or a related area
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.)
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
