Pediatric Therapy Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC as a Therapy Program Supervisor. This role will work closely with the Location Director and Director of Therapy to take our care to the next level, providing high-quality therapy to pediatric patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall operational and therapy functions in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of day-to-day therapy operations.
- Supervise, develop, and lead multiple disciplines; OT, PT, ST.
- Serve as a resource person and role model to staff.
- Work closely with physicians and parents to provide high-quality care.
- Oversee referral, staffing, and care coordination.
- Ensure that documentation is completed in accordance with Company policies.
- Three years pediatric therapy experience and one-year home health experience preferred.
- Must be a PT or OT who is currently licensed to practice in this state.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile liability insurance, and have reliable transportation.
