We are seeking an experienced Construction Craftsman to join our team at CTI And Associates Inc. This is a seasonal position requiring 4 or more years of related experience.

The estimated salary for this role is $ 65,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute field craft operations in compliance with standard acceptable practices.
• Perform inspection duties to ensure code and contract specification compliance.
• May operate hand and power tools, clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces, and assist other craft workers.

Requirements:

• 4 or more years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to physically navigate construction sites and lift up to 40 pounds.

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass pre-hire drug screen.
• Must be able to work constructively in diverse teams.
