Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Quality Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, specifically in the Quality Management module.

This individual will play a critical role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing the Quality Cloud solution to meet business requirements.

The role demands strong functional knowledge, process expertise, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of the solution.


Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Fusion Quality Cloud Implementation:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Quality Cloud solutions based on business needs.
Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion functionality and recommend best practices for Quality Management processes.

Functional Expertise:
Provide in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Quality Cloud, including setup, configuration, and business process mapping.
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and assist with gap analysis between current and desired states.

Configuration & Customization:
Perform configurations for Quality Management processes such as product inspections, quality standards, defect tracking, and audit planning.
Implement necessary customizations in Oracle Fusion to ensure smooth alignment with business objectives.

Cross-Module Integration:
Collaborate with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (e.g., SCM, Manufacturing, Inventory) to ensure seamless integration.
Provide end-to-end functional support across these modules and resolve any cross-functional issues.

Testing & Validation:
Develop and execute test scripts for functional testing, system validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Address and resolve defects and functional gaps encountered during testing.

End-User Training & Support:
Deliver training sessions to end users, providing documentation and ongoing support for Oracle Fusion Quality Cloud users.
Provide post-go-live support to troubleshoot and resolve any functional issues that arise.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the effective utilization of Oracle Fusion Quality Cloud.
Stay updated on Oracle Fusion product updates, patches, and new features to optimize system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with a strong focus on Quality Management.
Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Quality Cloud solutions.
Functional expertise in areas such as product inspections, quality standards, corrective actions, audits, and defect tracking.
Experience in integrating Oracle Fusion Quality Cloud with other Fusion modules like SCM, Manufacturing, and Inventory.
Strong understanding of business processes related to Quality Management and how they can be optimized using Oracle Fusion.
Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions, perform gap analysis, and map business processes to Oracle functionality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting functional issues within Oracle Fusion.
Strong communication skills to facilitate training, support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
On-site availability for collaboration with the team in RTP, Raleigh.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud certifications, especially in Quality Management or Supply Chain Management.
Experience with Oracle Fusion upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
Previous experience working in manufacturing or supply chain environments would be beneficial.
Familiarity with reporting tools and data analytics in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
