Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Castle Rock, CO location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for meeting membership sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and building relationships with our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Meet membership sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of our menu of services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, building relationships that last
  • Work flexible hours to meet the needs of our guests
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
  • Uphold spa cleanliness standards
  • Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work every day
  • Perform various other duties as assigned
