We are currently looking for a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to lead advanced illness management and palliative care initiatives for our patients, developing tailored treatment strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with physicians and other members of the palliative care team to implement individualized care plans and provide on-call services as necessary.
About You: The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities, alongside a minimum of two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. A strong foundation in Palliative Medicine principles and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential. Required qualifications include a current Nurse Practitioner certification/license, DEA license, and compliance with state-specific regulations.
