Job Overview

GreenSavers, a nationally recognized certified B Corp Home Performance Contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our dynamic Bend install team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, including heat pumps, ERVs, dual fuel systems, air conditioners, ductless heat pumps, and water heaters.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high-quality installations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement efficient installation processes to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address any installation challenges or issues.
  • Provide input on company growth and development, ensuring that the team's needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience leading the installation of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems.
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to prioritize diverse responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising the installation process.
  • Superior verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and company insurable driving record.
  • Able to pass a pre-hire background check and drug screening.
