Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Lexington, SC. This is a full-time position working with K-12 students in a school setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students with speech and language disorders to identify areas of need and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions that support students' academic success and promote communication skills.
  • Provide therapy services to students in individual or group settings, using evidence-based practices and adapting to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Current SC Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or eligibility.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
