Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at TRUE HEALTH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Job Summary:

The Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients from 6 months and older in ambulatory care settings. This includes examining patients, reviewing medical records, and developing care recommendations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in ambulatory care settings.
  • Conduct consultations, examinations, and reviews of medical records to develop care recommendations.
  • Adhere to professional standards, practice policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop diagnosis and treatment options.
  • Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care.
  • Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records to diagnose patients' conditions.
  • Obtain and maintain hospital privileges to provide and coordinate care for patients in the hospital setting.
  • Record and maintain patient information, including medical history, reports, and examination results.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and progress, and re-evaluate treatments as necessary.
  • Review health risk assessments to determine a plan of care.
  • Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
  • Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education opportunities.
Qualifications:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician with at least 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $265,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, paid time off, 401-K with company match, paid holidays, and employee discounts.
