Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient care leadership.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
