Position Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian to enhance our Nutrition Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding nutritional care to our patients.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team to implement medical nutrition therapy
- Encourage wellness and address acute or chronic health issues through evidence-based methodologies
- Evaluate patients' nutritional needs, create personalized care plans, provide education, and ensure precise documentation
- Exhibit exceptional customer service to a diverse array of patients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related discipline
- Preferred: Registered member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Registered Dietitian Credential (CDR) with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Preferred: At least two years of experience in clinical dietetics
