We are in search of an outstanding Maxillofacial Surgeon who is dedicated to delivering high-quality dental care and exceptional patient experiences to join our Ideal Dental family. Our multi-specialty approach and comprehensive range of services encompass general, orthodontic, surgical, cosmetic, and restorative dental treatments. All practices are modern, fully digital, and equipped with cutting-edge technology, primarily serving fee-for-service and PPO patients. Surgeons in our practices enjoy the autonomy to concentrate on providing exceptional surgical care, while our office staff manages all non-clinical aspects of practice operations. Maxillofacial Surgeons will travel to various offices with their personal support team and surgical equipment, offering a full spectrum of Oral Maxillofacial treatments, including implant placements, wisdom teeth extractions, All-on-4 procedures, and more.

- Once you become an Owner Doctor, you can earn additional income through our equity buy-in program while continuing to practice without additional operational burdens, risks, or debts.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with patients and team members.
- Provide surgical care and treatment, including IV sedation, implant placements, surgical extractions, and All-on-4 procedures.
- Pursue ongoing clinical education and practice management learning.
- Ensure quality of care for patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
- Ability to travel between offices with surgical equipment and supplies.
- DDS/DMD from an accredited institution (required).
- Completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program (required).
- Active or Pending State Dental Board License.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities.
