Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at People Science. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from donors in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from donors in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in good working order
• Maintain accurate records of donations and samples collected
• Work effectively in a team environment to meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy training or certification preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
