Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and address complex medical issues.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care.
- A valid RN license in the state of Arkansas.
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
