Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Janitorial Assistant at AtWork Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring the premises are safe and sanitary for all occupants.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairways
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies inventory
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
  • Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Experience in residential painting is a plus
