Are you seeking a practical role in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a Material Handler who possesses forklift skills to manage the logistics of building materials effectively. In this position, you will be tasked with the operation of a truck-mounted forklift to ensure the safe unloading of materials and the loading of items onto trailers for local distribution. This role requires a combination of physical labor and forklift operation throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly loading and unloading materials into inventory
  • Safely maneuvering a forklift within the facility
  • Preparing orders for transport onto trailers
  • Complying with all safety protocols for forklift usage
  • Demonstrating reliability and dependability in your work
  • Meeting delivery deadlines consistently
Qualifications:
  • Preferred clean driving record
  • Prior experience operating forklifts
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
