We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who shares our values of being trustworthy, capable, compassionate, proactive, and called to serve patients in their home.

As an Occupational Therapist at VitalCaring, you will evaluate and assess patients to determine their appropriateness for care, develop patient-specific care plans, and communicate with the care team and patients' families.

You will deliver high-quality skilled care, supervise other care team members, and thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system.

To succeed as an Occupational Therapist at VitalCaring, you should be compassionate in care delivery, focused on results, solution-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about working to the highest level of OT license.

You should also be familiar and comfortable with technology, have experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home health settings, and hold a current Occupational Therapist License and valid state driver's license.
