Job Title: Refrigeration Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team at Tag Refrigeration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing refrigeration systems, as well as performing minor plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, including self-contained coolers and freezers, single and rack systems, etc.
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs, including walk-in drain lines, case drain lines, cooling towers, and water-cooled condensers.
  • Inspect and identify specifications for plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC and Refrigeration.
  • Collaborate with grocery store managers and store directors.
  • Quote equipment repairs and recommend replacement when necessary.
  • Maintain proper van stock, tools, and safety equipment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of prior HVAC/R experience.
  • Ability to pass a physical/drug screen/background investigation/driving abstract as needed.
  • Universal EPA License and Electrical License are a plus.
