Electrical Maintenance Specialist

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $31.00 - $42.50/hour. This reflects base compensation only and does not include additional incentives or benefits.

This role involves removal, repair, and installation of electrical components, as well as analysis and diagnosis of complex systems. You will work collaboratively with our team to maintain a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Perform routine and non-routine repairs and construction projects
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical equipment, including AC/DC drives, PLCs, and switchgear motors
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completion of an approved electronics, electrical, or instrumentation program, or relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and conditions
