Qualifications for a Phillips 66 MBA Graduate:

Essential Requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
  • Pursuing an MBA with strong skills in economic and financial analysis.
  • Expected graduation within the specified timeframe.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale from business school.
  • Prior internship experience with Phillips 66.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in a related sector.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical (Engineering, Chemistry, etc.) or financial (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc.) field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Willingness to work at various operational locations.
  • Five or more years of relevant professional experience (business or technical).
