We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse Sr. to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a key member of our research team, you will play a critical role in the initiation and implementation of research protocols, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subject recruitment and enrollment, ensuring consistency of study implementation and data management.
  • Collect and document clinical information from study participants, providing patient education and obtaining informed consent.
  • Interact with consortium members, organize meetings, and communicate with participating institutions to track and record progress.
  • Assist in the development of workflows, SOPs, and guidance documents to support research protocols.
Qualifications
  • Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN clinical experience in a healthcare setting; clinical research experience preferred.
  • PA RN License required.
