Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor

At Hertz, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams in providing assurance services through financial, operational, compliance, and Sarbanes Oxley 404 (SOX)/ICFR audits.
  • Develop and execute audit procedures to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls for business processes under review.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit results for communication to management.
  • Collaborate with the IA team to accomplish shared departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.) preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant audit experience.
  • Experience with large, publicly-held, high-transaction-volume businesses or Big 4 accounting firms preferred.
