Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team as a Patient Support Professional. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

As a Patient Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, while also assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care and develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexible scheduling and a competitive salary of $42,000 per year. If you are a caring and empathetic individual with a Certificate of completion of a state recognized Home Care Aide Training Program and supervised clinical practice, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Maintain accurate and current records of visits
  • Communicate and document tasks in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Certificate of completion of a state recognized Home Care Aide Training Program and supervised clinical practice
  • One (1) years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
  • Current registration in the state Nurse Aide Registry as a Certified Nurse Aide
