POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure a secure environment, provide emotional and social support, and address the physical needs and comfort of residents.
You will deliver direct care to residents as assigned, following their care plans and under the guidance of your Supervisor.
Additional tasks may be assigned by community representatives.
Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control protocols while maintaining the standards of practice established by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications:
Must possess a current certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing according to state regulations, or meet the necessary requirements to work as a Nursing Assistant in that state.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old (if 16, must be currently enrolled in high school).
Effective communication in English is essential, along with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and attention to detail are crucial.
Ability to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff is necessary.
Knowledge of proper safety and sanitation techniques is required.
Must be able to work scheduled hours based on position requirements.
Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
Shift & Compensation:
Available for Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Competitive Salary
Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 for Full-Time only (disbursed in two installments; the first payment will be after 90 days of employment, and the final payment will be in the subsequent pay cycle).
