Domino's Assistant General Manager Job Description

As an Assistant General Manager at Domino's Pizza, you will play a vital role in leading our store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Partner with the General Manager to drive store operations, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
  • Uphold Domino's brand standards and company policies to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals, while maintaining high-quality products and services.
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and the community, promoting Domino's values and brand reputation.
  • Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting, as well as inventory control and management.
  • Assist the General Manager in marketing efforts to drive sales and growth.
