Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $18-24 per hour, which can go up based on experience, certification level, and highest level of education. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. You must also be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test if you haven't had one in the last year. Additionally, you will need to be able to pass a pre-employment background check and be able to move in various positions, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds. Candidates must also obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification from the BACB.
