Emergency Department Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Parkland Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care and interventions as needed.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions of care, promoting continuity and coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- ENPC or PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher.
