Qualifications:
Applicants must possess an active LPN license in good standing with the State of North Dakota and hold current BLS certification.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves walking, reaching, bending, lifting, pushing, and fine hand coordination. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and communicate effectively with residents and staff. The ability to lift between 5-50 pounds is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The successful candidate will have a current LPN license in good standing with the State of North Dakota, along with the visual and auditory skills necessary to assess resident conditions. Effective verbal communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Manual dexterity for administering injections and performing CPR is required, along with the physical ability to respond swiftly to residents' needs.
