Clinical Capability Manager
The Clinical Capability Manager will identify, prioritize, and define requirements for service, professional services, and solution delivery enablement & capability development for the assigned business of scope. This person will be a change agent for global standards adoption and transformation programs, primarily within our Precision Diagnosis and Image Guided Therapy businesses.
Your Role:
- Collaborate with Program leaders, Business Process Owners, and Experts (BPOs/BPEs), Business Group Leaders, and Clinical Services Leaders to drive capability development and deployment roadmaps & drive adoption of the capabilities.
- Understand Clinical Services delivery, environments, and local challenges to identify requirements for service & solution delivery enablement for clinical services portfolio and services. Understand Clinical Performance improvement initiatives and how Philips solutions address quadruple aim in healthcare.
- Develop Value Analysis standard work in the market. Collaborate with product & business/function teams to identify capability gaps and requirements required for successful market launch and enablement.
- Identify areas of services, professional services, solution & service delivery improvement.
- Operate Philips solutions while meeting the timelines and deliverables of the business. Drive continued adoption and success throughout the Center of Excellence (CoE) and delivery organizations.
- Active participant in global CoPs, stimulating engagement and traffic among users, and answering questions.
You're the Right Fit If:
- You have acquired 5+ years of experience in transformation, process deployment, or solution activation experience. You have Solutions deployment engagement experience, and strong data analysis and clinical performance improvement experience with healthcare organizations preferred.
- Your skills include a high level of strategic skills, including an ability to synthesize disparate information into actionable strategies and end-to-end designs. You have knowledge of business process design methods and continuous improvement methods.
- You have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant program (e.g., Business, Industrial Engineering, or Health Science). Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
- You're an excellent communicator (written and verbal), with an ability to work in a matrixed organization and team environment to successfully interact with all levels of internal stakeholders. You have strong prioritization and creative problem-solving skills. Must be willing or able to travel up to 25% as required by business needs (international and domestic).

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $102,200 to $196,224, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.
At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
