Job Title: Neurology Provider - Hastings/Zeeland, MI

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurology Provider to join our team at Corewell Health in Hastings and Zeeland, MI.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating medically complex patients in a multidisciplinary team setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate individualized plans of care and evaluate patients
  • Arrange for diagnostic, surgical, and therapeutic services
  • Collaborate with physicians to plan and coordinate patient care
  • Perform complete screening exams and routine exams to diagnose and treat patients
  • Work in a split-site office between Hastings and Zeeland
Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Neurology Provider who meets the following requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Michigan
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
  • Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Certifications in Basic Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support
