At Route Elite, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Route Delivery Specialist to join our team.

The estimated salary for this position is $160 per day.

We provide a comprehensive training program that covers delivery procedures, standard equipment operations, customer service skills, and driver safety.

This role involves operating a vehicle safely at all times, delivering and picking up packages to businesses and residences, performing daily vehicle inspections, and accurately operating a scanner to track delivery processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive starting pay rate of $160 per day and paid training.

Duties:

  • Delivery and Pick-up of Packages: Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences, following established routes and schedules.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Perform daily inspections of your vehicle to ensure it is safe and well-maintained.
  • Scanner Operation: Accurately operate a scanner to track delivery processes and ensure timely completion of routes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Age: Be at least 21 years old.
  • Clean Driving Record: Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Reliable Transportation: Have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Physical Ability: Be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and up to 150 pounds with a hand truck.
