We are seeking a highly skilled Surgery Scheduler to join our team at USA Clinics Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for scheduling patients for appointments with our clinics across the United States.
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong communication and organizational skills. If you are a compassionate, professional, and goal-oriented individual who is able to multi-task and meet critical deadlines, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls, ensuring that patients have an excellent service experience.
- Accommodate scheduling needs of existing patients, including scheduling future appointments and addressing schedule changes.
- Make outgoing confirmation and follow-up calls to patients.
- Answer questions from patients and address concerns using established scripts and procedures.
- Make outbound recalls to former patients to re-establish patient care.
- Serve as an information desk, including transferring calls and accepting phone messages.
- Demonstrate knowledge of services, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
- Adhere to established procedures for inter-office communication and other guidelines related to the job and the company.
- 100% on-site work required (remote work is not an option).
- Russian, Ukrainian, or Spanish speakers are required.
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, including but not limited to CNA, MA, Patient Advocate, or Medical Office.
- In lieu of the above, 5+ years of stable, consistent work experience in a call center or office environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, reporting, data entry, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Call Center systems.
- Ability to connect with people, empathize with them, and offer viable solutions to their concerns.
- Ability to use decision trees and script flows.
- Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
- Experience and ability to manage through rapid and dramatic changes.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
