We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Shop Foreman to join our team at Hiester Automotive Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for leading our team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and quality repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Lead and motivate our team of technicians to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
- Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical information and techniques through ongoing training and education
- 4+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- Master-level technician certification (ASE) and/or Chrysler training preferred
- State inspection license and emission license preferred
- Medical and dental insurance coverage
