Position Overview
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) operates under the supervision of Registered Nurses to deliver essential direct and indirect care to patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and more.
*Monitor and report any changes in the condition of patients and residents, as well as any concerns or complaints from patients or their families to the charge nurse or supervisor.
*Engage in the care planning process to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
*Completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program is required.
