  • First Assist: Availability of first assist for the Hospitalist.
  • Family Medicine Support: While there is no direct backup for Family Practice, OB hospitalists will support Family Medicine Residents.
  • Emergency Response: A second responder is available for emergencies.
  • NICU Level: The facility operates at a Level 2 NICU.
  • Anesthesia Services: Anesthesia support is available 24/7.
  • MFM Coverage: Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists from OSU provide outpatient services.
  • OBED Assistance: The Hospitalist will assist in the OB Emergency Department.
  • Residency Programs: There are no OB residencies; however, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine residencies are present.
  • Qualifications: Candidates must be Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible with an active Ohio medical license.
