Responsibilities:
  • Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Cart Preparation: Prepare housekeeping carts with necessary supplies, linens, and amenities.
  • Trash and Linen Removal: Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
  • Deep Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms, including tasks such as changing air filters, cleaning air coils, and touching up paint on walls and molding.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
