The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Supervisor to join our team at the Administrative Office of the Courts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions across a wide geographic area.
About the JobThis role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supervising and evaluating the work of field personnel, providing on-the-job training, and recommending training and needs assessments to support staff development.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and evaluate the work of field personnel to ensure high-quality performance and productivity.
- Provide on-the-job training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assist in screening and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Recommend training and needs assessments to support staff development.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Public Administration.
- At least 4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in administration or supervision.
