Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the beverage department, by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and disposing of trash.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including beer and wine, and ensure that all products are properly rotated and facing.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for handling cash, operating a cash register, and maintaining a secure store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
