As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our childcare center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our children and families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with state and national regulations.
  • Partner with the recruitment team to identify and hire qualified staff, and develop strategies to improve staff retention.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase enrollment and drive business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, and communicate effectively with the Regional Director and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in early childhood education or related field.
  • Previous management or leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with families and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule to accommodate day-to-day operations and emergent situations.

  • Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 per year, based on education and experience.
