Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to join our esteemed locum tenens practice in Virginia. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hospital-based environment with a focus on diagnostic imaging.

Key Details
  • Coverage: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Call: No call responsibilities
  • Weekends: No weekend shifts
Responsibilities

The role involves performing a variety of diagnostic procedures, including:

  • General Diagnostic Imaging
  • Light Interventional Radiology

Expected case volume includes approximately 80 cases per day, which may consist of:

  • 4-5 MRI scans
  • 8-10 CT scans
  • 40 Plain Films
  • 10 Ultrasounds
  • 10-15 Fluoroscopy procedures, including light interventional injections
Work Environment

This position is situated in a Level 1 Trauma Center, providing a dynamic and challenging work atmosphere.
