About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create accurate and compliant site plans, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Data Analysis: Assess site conditions by analyzing project survey data, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condominium documentation.
  • Report Preparation: Develop essential reports, provide expert opinions, and make recommendations for project direction, including hydrology and hydraulic studies and cost estimations.
  • Project Support: Facilitate smooth project execution with construction-related services, such as permit applications and quantity estimates.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to maintain excellence in project delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in land development
  • EIT (Engineering in Training) Certification
