LPN Homecare Specialist Opportunity

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their own homes. As an LPN Homecare Specialist, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where you will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
