About this Role

The Intensive Care Unit Nurse plays a vital role in the healthcare team, providing specialized care to critically ill patients. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assessing patients' conditions and monitoring vital signs
  • Administering medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
  • Performing advanced interventions and procedures to stabilize and support patients' health
  • Educating patients and their families on treatment options and care plans

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A current RN license
  • BLS certification (other certifications may be required by the facility)
  • At least two years of recent experience in ICU nursing
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
