Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Job Summary:
AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited AMA school
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
  • Licensed by the state as a general radiographer
  • Experience with Philips CT equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other imaging modalities, such as MRI or ultrasound
  • Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
