  • Draw blood, urine, and other fluids for lab work, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
  • Ensure staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Verify the accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions, maintaining a secure and reliable record-keeping system.
  • Supervise nurses and support staff, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
  • Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program.
  • At least 4 months of experience in post-acute or in-patient hospital care.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
