The Department of Corrections is seeking a committed professional for the position of Nurse Clinician 3, specializing in Hemodialysis. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional care to patients suffering from end stage renal disease, who may also present with intricate medical and psychological challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide independent, expert nursing care to patients with complex health needs.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate, plan, and execute comprehensive patient care strategies.
- Consult with nursing colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment for patients facing multiple health issues.
- Design and implement educational care plans tailored to the needs of patients, their families, and healthcare staff regarding end stage renal disease.
Compensation Details:
The salary for this position ranges from $38.62 to $53.39 per hour, with morning shifts scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
