Job Overview

Lingo Staffing is currently seeking a Construction Renovation Expert to join our team in the Oklahoma City area.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6 am – 4 pm
Compensation: Starting at $16 per hour, commensurate with experience

Position Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and dependable individuals to fill various roles in the construction sector. The successful candidates will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and be able to adapt to different weather conditions. This position demands physical endurance, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong adherence to safety protocols.

Key Duties:
  • Execute a range of construction activities, including but not limited to framing, roofing, drywall application, flooring installation, and finishing work.
  • Assist in the installation of windows, doors, and other structural elements.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Handle the loading and unloading of construction materials and tools.
  • Interpret blueprints and construction plans to fulfill client requirements.
  • Measure, cut, and shape various materials such as wood and plastic.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in general construction is required.
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds, bending, and prolonged standing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety practices and guidelines.
